Worked with Cristina Bucci to secure a $3000 grant for Professional Development from the British Columbia Arts Council.

Three goals were defined to enable her to transition her artistic practice into a career as a choreographer and artistic director for OURO Collective.

The grant enabled Cristina to attend workshops in Montreal:
– A workshop with lighting designer, James Proudfoot— first workshop on lighting design.
– A Workshop with Martha Carter entitled The Art of Rehearsal Directing that addresses how to be an efficient rehearsal director when you have multiple roles in a piece.
– One week workshops at TransFormation in Montreal with world renowned teachers, Alexandra “Spicey” Landé, Shamel Pitts, Dena Davida, Caroline Laurin-Beaucage and Gerard Reyes.
